This blog writer has preempted the next installment of her blog to address serious issues both personal and with respect to the ongoing strife between the fans.

On June 25, 2017, fans from all around the world stood united in celebration of what would have been George Michael's 54th birthday.  The outpouring of support and unity between the fans was seemingly short lived; as in the past few days alone there has been a marked spike in tension between Michael's fans across all social media platforms.  In an attempt to better access the situation, at hand, this blog writer called on her followers to weigh in on what they see the issues as being.  Some of the topics have been discussed in previous blog posts but require additional discussion.

1.  Fans have divided into various Pro/Anti factions with respect to 

Michael's long time partners Fadi Fawaz and Kenny Goss

Blog writer weighs in:  Both men were engaged in long time relationships with George Michael which means not you and nor me.  We don't know what went on in Michael's personal life aside from what he allowed us to know through the numerous interviews he granted over the years.  It is not right to make people feel as if they need to choose sides.  It is not right to compare these men against each other or in respect to who was the more suitable partner.     

2.  The creation of fan pages and/or support groups for Fawaz & Goss

Blog writer weighs in:  Neither men are celebrities in their own right but instead are considered to be people of public interest due to their involvement with Michael.  As previously stated the Administrator's of these fan pages and groups have given fans a place to grieve, remember George Michael and form friendships over their mutual admiration for him.

3.  The non disclosure of George Michael's toxicology report results

Blog writer weighs in:   It's a personal medical report and should be protected by privacy laws and regulatory entities which enforce those laws. What rights do you as a fan have to this information ='s NONE
Would the release of this information change the end result?  No, it would not.  

4.  George Michael's final resting place to remain private

 and not included on the Highgate Cemetery tour 

Blog writer weighs in:  The decision to keep Michael's final resting place private should be respected by the fans as his family selflessly gave him to the fans for many years and if they are comforted by the fact that they now have him back, in a sense, who can find fault with them?  In time, the family may decide to allow his final resting place to be included in the cemetery tour but we should not expect that sacrifice on their part.

5.  Kenny Goss' four part interview exclusive with the Sun

Blog writer weighs in:  It was a sound business decision made with the best interest of the foundation at heart.  This will be discussed in a future post blog post installment.

6.  Fadi Fawaz's 999 call 

Blog writer weighs in:  A poll of my followers was conducted and overall the consensus among them was that Fawaz was in a state of shock.  This topic was the subject of the blog post which was preempted and will be covered in depth in my next blog post installment.

9.  The definition of rumors, opinions, acts and allegations 

Blog writer weighs in:  

The definition of RUMOR is a currently circulating story or report of uncertain or doubtful truth.  An example of a rumor is: It has been said that Elvis Presley fathered many love children.  Although, it has been repeated numerous times over the years through the publication date of this blog post Lisa Marie Presley is Elvis' only child and sole surviving heir.

The definition of OPINION is a view or judgment formed about something not necessarily based on fact or or knowledge.  An example of an opinion is: George Michael's family should allow his final resting place to be included in the Highgate Cemetery tour.  This is just a statement made that expresses what you want or believe.

The definition of  FACTS are things that are indisputably the case.  Examples of facts are:  George Michael was born on June 25, 1963 and died on December 25, 2016.  He was 53 years of age.  These statements are verifiable and are therefore indisputable.

The definition of an ALLEGATION is a claim or assertion that someone has done something wrong typically without proof.  I have made a personal observation that many times fans state their opinions in a manner in which they are in turn creating an allegation.

10.  Alex Georgiou being attacked for defending George Michael's honor.

Blog writer weighs in:  To think that people who call themselves fans of George Michael would lash out and demean a family member whose only intention is/was to defend their deceased relative is absolutely reprehensible to me.  This man is grieving ... it doesn't matter what he's said or what your opinions are on loyalty and discretion.  The few times that Alex has taken to Twitter its was apparent that his comments came from a place of deep hurt.  

I couldn't help but take to Twitter in Alex's defense this weekend.  Unlike other writers I will not publicly shame anyone (well at least not at the moment) but the comment thread speaks for itself.  Please show him the respect and compassion that he deserves.  Keep him and the rest of George Michael's family in your thoughts and prayers.

 On A Personal Note:

The past few days have had me up in arms and questioning whether to continue on with this endeavor all together.  At the center of this angst is my desire to protect my personal autonomy: as I am not a public figure and have no professional or celebrity aspiration(s).  This blogger's only ambition is to promote peace, tolerance and unity among a certain class of people that meaning George Michael's fans who are currently in a state of unrest and to impart the many lessons she has learned on this journey.

I do have personal boundaries which I expect people to respect.  With that said, I will not allow anyone to dictate what I do or do not choose to share with you.  I am just A George Michael Fan with a positive message who is trying their best to make a positive difference in this world.  That should be enough.  Based on this blog's soaring popularity and increased prominence across all social media platforms there is reason to be hopeful that this blog can serve as a voice of reason which resonates with you.
